AVA students meet Prime Minister

Members of the Alde Valley Academy student council met Sir Keir Starmer as he visited Suffolk New College to announce the go-ahead for government funding of Sizewell C.

They were joined by former AVA students currently studying at Suffolk New College, who are on a pathway to apprenticeships with Sizewell C.

Students were delighted to spend time with the Prime Minister as he asked them about their studies and their hopes for the future.
